b. Refund Policy: We are committed to providing value through our training programs. If you attend the sessions and complete the assigned work but feel that you are not receiving the expected value, you may request a refund within 90 days from your payment date. Refunds will be issued promptly, with no questions asked, provided the conditions above are met.
c. Payment Plan Default: If you opt to pay via a payment plan and fail to make a payment when an installment is due, your participation in the program will be suspended, and we reserve the right to freeze, block, or remove your access to the program. In such cases, the refund policy outlined above becomes void, as non-payment constitutes a breach of contract. We retain the right to pursue recovery of the entire agreed-upon program fee, including any remaining unpaid installments, regardless of how many sessions were attended. This ensures that the full program cost, as agreed upon at the time of contract, remains due.

4. Use of Materials

Intellectual Property: All materials provided as part of our training programs, including but not limited to videos, documents, and other resources, are the property of PACE B Ltd and are protected by copyright law. You may not distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, download, repost, copy, or use said materials without our prior written permission.
b. Use at Your Own Risk: The information and materials provided in our training programs are for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific results, and your use of the materials is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any actions you take based on the information provided in the program.

5. Participant Responsibilities
a. Participants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
b. Participants must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and YouTube's terms of service while using our coaching services.

6. Communications

b. Scope and Usage: This right includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media, promotional materials, case studies, and other public marketing channels, and is intended solely to illustrate the potential outcomes and success stories associated with our programs.
